Return & Exchange Policy



At Custom Comfort Apparel & Boutique, each custom embroidered item is made specifically for you, so please review all order details carefully before purchase.

Custom / Embroidered Items

Because all embroidered and personalized items are custom-made:

  • All custom embroidery, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order items are final sale
  • No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted once production has begun
  • If there is an error caused by our shop (wrong item, spelling error made by us, or defect), please contact us within 3 days of delivery

Boutique Items

For boutique clothing and accessories:

  • Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition
  • Sale items, seasonal items, accessories, and intimate items are final sale

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized items
  • Sale/clearance merchandise
  • Seasonal/holiday merchandise
  • Accessories
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged due to shop error.
