Have a custom mock neck idea you’ve been wanting to bring to life? This listing makes it easy to order a one-of-a-kind embroidered piece made just for you!

Whether you already know exactly what you want or just have an inspiration photo and an idea, submit your preferences when ordering and we can finalize the details together before your piece goes into production.

SIZING + BLANK AVAILABILITY

I source my mock neck blanks from several trusted suppliers, which allows me to offer more colors, sizes, and options. Because of this, the exact brand, fit, sizing, and available colors may vary depending on current inventory.

Some mock necks are available in traditional sizing such as S, M, L, and XL, while others are offered in combined sizing such as S/M and L/XL. Fits may also vary slightly between suppliers.

When ordering, simply select your normal/preferred size. I will source the best available option based on your size, requested color, design, and current availability.

If I am unable to source an appropriate blank in your requested size or color, I will contact you before beginning your order to discuss other options.

CUSTOMIZATION

Please provide as much information as possible when placing your order, including:

• Wording or design idea
• Preferred garment color
• Thread colors
• Fabric/pattern choice for appliqué, if applicable
• Embroidery placement
• Inspiration photos or examples
• Any other special requests

After your order is placed, I may contact you to confirm details or go over available options.

The $65 starting price includes one standard embroidered design. Pricing may increase for large or highly detailed embroidery, appliqué, specialty fabrics, multiple embroidery locations, or other additional customization.

If your request requires an additional charge, I will contact you to discuss the price and receive approval before your order goes into production.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time does NOT begin on the date your order is placed.

Because every piece is custom, there may be some back-and-forth after ordering to finalize your exact design, wording, spelling, thread colors, fabric, placement, garment color, sizing, and other details.

Your turnaround time officially begins once all details have been finalized and you have received confirmation from me that your order is approved and ready for production.

Turnaround time is calculated in business days, Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included. I do not typically work on orders during the weekend.

Please keep this in mind before checking on the status of your order or when ordering for a specific event or date. Custom embroidery takes time, and I want to make sure your piece is completed correctly rather than rushed.

CUSTOM ORDER + FINAL SALE POLICY

All custom embroidered items are made to order specifically for you.

For this reason, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please carefully review all spelling, wording, sizing, colors, fabrics, placement, and other customization details when confirming your order.

Once your design has been finalized and your order has entered production, changes cannot be guaranteed.

ABOUT YOUR EMBROIDERY STABILIZER

When you receive your mock neck, you may notice a mesh-like material on the inside of the garment behind the embroidery. This is completely normal and is intentionally left there.

This is embroidery stabilizer. It supports the garment during stitching and helps prevent the fabric from stretching, shifting, or puckering while also helping your embroidery maintain its shape.

The stabilizer will soften and may shrink some after washing and wearing your garment. Once washed, you may carefully trim away any excess stabilizer around the design if desired.

Please do not pull or tear the stabilizer away from the embroidery, as doing so can place unnecessary stress on the stitching and garment.
